Billing Policy
In-state (SC) patients: The Greenwood Genetic Center will
file the patient’s insurance. Please provide a copy of the front and back of
the patient’s insurance card with the specimen. Also include the insured’s
date of birth and relationship to the patient.
Out-of-state patients: The Greenwood Genetic Center does
not bill out-of-state insurance companies. In order to process the test, we
must receive one of the following with the specimen (1) Institutional
billing information or (2) Check, Visa, or MasterCard information from the
patient.
