Patient care is at the heart of all we do at the Greenwood Genetic Center. Our Clinical Division provides exemplary genetic services for individuals and families with a variety of inherited disorders throughout all stages of life. Our clinical geneticists, genetic counselors, service coordinators, psychologists and dietitians are dedicated to providing compassionate care for patients while offering state-of-the-art diagnostics and treatments. A typical genetics consultation will include a thorough review of the patient’s medical and family history, a physical examination, as well as a discussion of testing strategies, diagnosis, inheritance patterns and treatment options.
