IN-STATE (SOUTH CAROLINA) SAMPLES
INSURANCE – South Carolina Residents ONLY
The Greenwood Genetic Center will file the patient's insurance. Please provide a copy of the front and back of the patient's insurance card with the specimen. Also include the insured's date of birth and relationship to the patient.
INSTITUTIONAL BILLING
Referring clinics, hospitals, labs, and/or physicians may establish Institution accounts with convenient monthly invoicing and payment options.

SELF-PAY
Self-pay is available to patients without insurance. We accept the following methods of payment:

- Visa
- MasterCard
Financial assistance or payment plans may be available in some cases of self-pay. Please contact us for additional information.
OUT-OF-STATE SAMPLES
INSURANCE
We do not accept out of state insurance. We apologize for any inconvenience.
