'Eating Well' - Science on Tap to feature GGC dietitian on healthy eating

Greenwood, SC - ‘Science on Tap’ will be held on Tuesday, January 9th at 6pm at Howard’s on Main in Uptown Greenwood. Science on Tap is a community lecture series designed to share some of the scientific advances happening in Greenwood.

The January 9th event will feature Amie Thompson, RD, LD, a metabolic dietitian at the Greenwood Genetic Center. Thompson will share ‘Eating Well: The Good, the Bad and the Yummy.’ The presentation will be followed by time for discussion and questions.

GGC's Kaufmann Editor of New Book on Rett Syndrome

October 31, 2017 - Dr. Walter Kaufmann, Director of the Center for Translational Research and Ravenel Boykin Curry Chair in Genetic Therapeutics at the Greenwood Genetic Center, has edited a new book on Rett syndrome. The book, Rett Syndrome, is part of the Clinics in Developmental Medicine Series from MacKeith press.
