Melinda Whetsell is a registered dietitian with six years
experience with the Greenwood Genetic Center. Melinda joined the
Greenwood Genetic Center in 2002 from the South Carolina Department of
Health and Environmental Control where she was a nutritionist for the
Children’s Rehabilitative Services program. Melinda has over 16 years
experience providing nutrition services to children with special health
care needs. Melinda currently works out of the Greenville office
providing medical nutrition therapy for individuals with inborn errors
of metabolism. She is responsible for nutrition assessment and
follow-up of individuals with inborn errors of metabolism at metabolic
clinics in Greenwood, Greenville, Columbia, Florence, and Myrtle Beach,
as well as follow-up between clinic visits. |
